Bookmark comments, a clearer list, and old-school save

• Bookmark comments — attach a note to any Read or To-do bookmark. Edit in the bookmarks list or right in the story gutter; comments stay with the scene and never appear in export.
• Commented filter — show only bookmarks that have notes.
• Chapter or All — browse this chapter’s bookmarks or the whole novel from the same panel.

Improved

• Bookmarks panel — create and remove bookmarks from the capsule list, resize the panel height (Cora remembers it), and jump to a passage by clicking the row (comment text stays editable on its own).
• Gutter editing — add or edit a comment beside the story; Return or Escape leaves the field and keeps your draft. Inline add/remove tools stay out of the way when a comment is already open or already exists.
• Save — old-school disk save only: no background autosave, no Recoverable Versions conflict dialog. You choose when the file is written.
• Export — manuscript export paths hardened, with broader automated checks against the expected output.

Fixed

• Word (.docx) — paragraph breaks and text formatting (bold / italic / underline) export correctly again.
• PDF — the saved file matches the preview: full multi-page manuscripts instead of a single truncated page.
• Undo after adding a bookmark and comment no longer crashes, and restored comments show again in the gutter as well as the list.
• Inflated gaps between scenes and incorrect sticky title occlusion in the story view.
