Text styles, bookmarks, and scene improvements

New

• Text formatting — apply bold, italic, and underline from the Typography dock, inline selection tools, or ⌘B / ⌘I / ⌘U. Styles stay with your scenes and travel into PDF export; plain-text export and search still see clean prose.
• Bookmarks — mark a passage as Read (green) or To-do (orange). Highlights stay with the scene; jump from the chapter Bookmarks capsule (⌘6) or the Part view list. ⇧⌘D for Read, ⇧⌘B for To-do. Export and search still see clean prose.

Scenes

• Scenes in the Parts sidebar — expand a part to browse every scene across its chapters without leaving the outline.
• Drag and drop — reorder scenes within a chapter or move them between chapters, from the Parts sidebar or from scene cards in Part view.

• Collapse and expand chapters — in Part view, fold individual chapters to focus on one at a time, or expand/collapse all chapters at once.

• Scene Inspector shortcut moved to ⌘5, freeing ⌘I for italic.

Improved

• Style metadata is stored in a small footer on scene files — open them in any text editor and the body stays readable plain UTF-8.
• Inline selection tools fold text styles and bookmarks into compact controls that expand on hover.
